You will find our charm rising above downtown at 345 California Center, with our guestrooms located at the top 11 floors of this 48-story landmark providing breathtaking panoramas of the city and the bay.

Turndown Attendant

Who We Look For:

The Turndown Attendant is a central part of the Housekeeping Team who can provide a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.

Responsibilities:

This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility.

• Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
