World Relief seeks an Ukraine Support Program Specialist who will conduct initial Intake Interviews with Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolees (UHPs) and other eligible Ukrainians. This position will communicate with case managers, volunteer coordinators and other World Relief Western New York (WRWNY) staff to insure proper case management.
Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct Intake interviews with UHPs and other eligible Ukrainians that produce clear assessments and referrals that case managers and other staff can use to provide quality services and support
- Provide feedback from community to help adjust program objectives as well as assist in the implementation of the program
- Collaborate with the Case Managers, Volunteer Coordinator and Ukrainian Community Ambassador to ensure program objectives are met and communicated clearly
- Communicate and coordinate with Office Manager and Finance Manager to ensure funds are disbursed and allocated correctly
- Create and revise service delivery processes as needed
- Create and implement a client service provision tracking mechanism to confirm clients are accessed and receiving services
- Regularly review participant client notes and paperwork with Program Director to ensure program compliance
- Have a full understanding of the program guidelines and requirements, as well as understanding of office and community resources available to meet those requirements
- Participate in required program trainings
- Other duties as assigned.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations
- The ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-15 pounds.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information.
- The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- General office setting. World Relief also offers hybrid and remote schedules for limited positions.
- Great lengths of time working on computer, reading from computer screen, entering information, standing at copier or fax machine, and some time on the phone or in virtual meetings may be required.
- Year-end archiving activities involve repeated lifting and bending.
