Team Toyota, a premier Toyota dealership in Glen Mills, PA, is seeking an experienced automotive technician for our growing used car department. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of experience and specialize in all years, makes and model vehicles. Candidates will be expected to perform quality and safety inspections on used vehicles being prepped for sale by our used car department.

Responsibilities:

Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes air conditioning, etc.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Perform quality and safety inspections on used vehicles.

Qualifications:

5+years of Service Technician experience preferred in all y ears, makes and model vehicles.

State inspection and emissions licenses a must.

High School diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification preferred.

B level qualifications are a must, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair etc.

Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.

Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.

Enjoy working with a dynamic environment.

Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $15.00 - $32.00 per hour
