Solutions Team + User and Training Support Summary
The User and Training Support Specialist is a part of a dynamic team whose goal is to strategically develop and manage innovative user support and training solutions based on the needs of our clients. Each team member plays a critical role in the CAMP Project Lifecycle.
The User and Training Support role is cross-functional to help us expand our existing user support and training capabilities. This position will initially hold responsibilities in both user support and training. It is anticipated that these duties will be split into separate positions in the future. We are looking for an innovative candidate who will help bring further shape to these roles with the potential to lead a small team in the future.
The User and Training Support Specialist position must be available during business hours, 9 am-5 pm PST, Monday-Friday.
Primary Duties
User Support
- Complete client data entry
- Run recurring reports and deliver them to Solutions team members for analysis.
- Adjust system settings for customers as needed
- Respond to and manage user inquiries submitted through our help centers or by email
- Report and monitor bugs submitted by CAMP staff and users; respond to the reporter when the bug is resolved

Training
- Create email blasts and manage the email blast list
- Create basic graphics
- Host recurring webinars showcasing new and existing eLogic features.
- Create training curriculum and content for basic system use
- Provide basic system training in eLogic Genesis and eLogic Alchemy
- Record, edit, and manage how-to videos for our help centers
- Collaborate with colleagues to write and maintain general knowledge-base content
- Coordinate with Solutions members to create and deliver customized videos, desk/user guides/help centers for specific customers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, webinars, etc.
- Attend internal new feature training
Secondary Duties
- Monitor and document all communication and billable hours associated with each assigned project’s timelines and deliverables using the appropriate tools
- Manage and share documents through Microsoft Teams
- Manage daily communication in an expeditious and professional manner
- Maintain a current and accurate timesheet
- Ensure tasks are tracked and updated regularly using Monday.com
- Attend internal and external meetings; take notes as requested
As Needed
- Assist in social media management, including graphics, post content, and posting regularly
- Assist Solutions team members in client Google/SEM (search engine marketing)
- Software System Implementation for customers, as needed
Relevant Experience
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite* and Microsoft Teams (Required)
- Proficient writing skills appropriate for different audiences, technical skill levels, and purposes (professional, formal, informative, etc.)* (Required)
- Personal attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, independent learner, good written and verbal communication skills, adaptable, self-directed and ability to think critically.
- Experience in software training and casework preferred
- Basic graphic design/editing skills
- Experience using video editing software

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
