The Product Strategy Lead Analyst will be part of our Research & Accessibility Operations team. As an ops organization, we orchestrate and optimize people, processes, and craft in order to amplify the value and impact of research and accessibility at scale.

Research and Accessibility Operations team mission: To guide and empower the Experience Research, Accessibility, & Inclusion team to strategically deliver digital value through innovative and streamlined processes, tools, and resources while ensuring our partners and stakeholders are informed and supported along the way. We champion accessibility and research insights to increase impact, ultimately enabling exceptional digital experiences that positively impact public health.

We do this through 6 main functions: participant management, governance, knowledge/insight management, tools and vendor management, competency & culture, and advocacy.

This individual’s main focus will be on participant management. They will assist in and create supported self-service systems for recruiting, screening, scheduling, & compensating participants for research studies.

They will also be involved in governance, specifically in creating, documenting, and socializing processes and guidelines as they pertain to consent, privacy, ethics, and information storage. Our processes and guidelines are always evolving so this is an ongoing process.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• UI: 1 year (Preferred)
