UX Researcher

The Role

The role of the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team is to create frictionless digital journeys on analog.com for customers to Find, Choose and Use Analog Devices products and solutions. As a UX Researcher on the DCX team you will elevate the practice of research with rigorous qualitative methods. The ideal candidate will have a track record of research on customer facing products and processes, ideally within the realm of Digital Customer Experience. As a UX Researcher you will be passionate about the role of the customer in the creation and iteration of digital experiences and be able to synthesize and communicate key findings accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all stages of UX research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing, and reporting out insights
• Work closely with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize the right research topics to focus on
• Respond to solution validation user research inquiries that are escalated by other parts of the DCX team
• Identify best method or mix of quantitative and qualitative methods based on research questions, timeline, and resourcing.
• Lead the research design and execution from a variety of research study methods including usability lab studies, remote research, field studies and survey design.
• Communicate research findings to decision makers at all levels of the organization to take aligned action on research findings – inspire them and help them internalize opportunities to delight customers and differentiate our service.
• Be a champion of experimentation and support structured approaches to optimization of digital experiences. Actively contribute to the UX Research team culture, processes, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, test creation, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
• A portfolio, case studies or similar documentation demonstrating past work experience and research deliverables
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization. Ability to advocate for and socialize actionable insights in a clear and compelling way.
• Comfortable conducting research in-person, hybrid or fully remote
