Applicants must have current drivers license and clean driving record. Must be comfortable parking all types of cars (manual and automatic) in tight spaces. Job duties include parking cars and pulling them up for building residents, washing cars, minor cleaning of garage, and recording guest parking tickets. Applicants must pass background check and new hires will start on a probationary period for first 90 days.
