QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Part-time, with availability for varied evening shifts (3pm-12am). Must be available weekends.
• Similar experience and/or experience in a customer service role preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• At least 25 years of age with a clean and valid NYS driver license.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Drive guests between airport and hotel as well as to other local destinations. Obey all traffic rules and speed limits for safe, accident-free trips.
• Clean and inspect hotel vehicles. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, pump gas and obtain oil changes. Complete vehicle and mileage reports.
• Assist with storage of luggage, packages or other items, in addition to assisting with other guest needs.
• Promptly report emergencies, accidents, injuries, damage, mechanical problems and safety hazards.
• Approach guest encounters in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Take an active role in understanding and anticipating guest needs to provide authentic and personalized service.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc.
• Ensure a timely response to guest requests and address concerns beyond satisfaction.
• Report to work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
• Maintain a consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
• Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Any other tasks / duties as requested by management.
