Ergo are a managed services company who employ over 600 people and have over 200k end users across a wide range of sectors. We require a Vendor Manager for an 18-month Day rate contract. This role is hybrid and it will require occasional onsite presence in an easily accessible Dublin City Centre Location.

Requirements

• Vendor Management of a selected set of vendors for a Large Corporate National
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned vendors reported and ensure services procured by the Bank are delivered in a quality and timely manner.
• Collaborating with other vendors and departments
• Remediation of significant vendor issues and active assistance throughout significant vendor events to ensure delivery of maximum value.
• Resolving, escalating and managing vendor issues
• Ensuring vendors are working within agreed budgets and company policies
• Ensuring vendors are acting in compliance with Organisational policies
• Supporting Program team in the tender and contracting phase of a data centre managed services contract
• Helping and supporting relevant service owners to transition services to new contract and establish operating models for the contracted

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in building trusted relationships with Department, suppliers and suppliers/vendors.
• At least 4 years' experience in influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 5 years' experience of drafting and reviewing contracts for IT managed services contracts.
• Minimum 5 years' experience of managing the transition of IT managed services between providers.
• Minimum 5 years' experience of drafting and reviewing contracts for IT managed services contract.
• Resource's experience of their influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Ireland with accessibility to Dublin City Centre
