Responsibilities

  • Set the overall scaling strategy for the assigned markets, programs, vendors, working with the central team to choose the appropriate models for all operational scaling needs.
  • Choose the vendor location and design all operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Guide vendors to plan for Google Customer Solution (GCS) growth with increasing complexity in the business (e.g., influence talent strategy, buffers).
  • Partner with sales and Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) on specific initiatives and launches (in collaboration with cross-functional teams), providing clear solution, support, and strategic guidance eg., launch of new line of business, expansion of Line of business (LOB).
  • Collaborate with other vendor strategy and operations managers and regional line of business managers to ensure best practice sharing across the programs.
