Mentorship:

• Two different 12-month formal mentorship programs for veterinarians depending on your interest
  • PWC Mentorship Program for Exam Room
  • PWC Mentorship Program for Surgery
• You will receive side-by-side training and coaching with an experienced veterinarian
• You will develop your skills in the areas of diagnosis and treatment with a moderate to busy caseload
• You will have the ability to see appointments independently, with coaching available for advice or guidance when needed
• You will receive specialty training in surgery/anesthesia, dental, radiology, and ultrasounds
