We are a busy 3 doctor small animal practice in beautiful Laguna Niguel, CA offering a high level of personalized patient care. Excellent people and phone skills are required. Must be comfortable around animals. Computer skills a must, Cornerstone software is a plus. Experience in the veterinary field highly desired. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, welcoming pets and their people, retail sales, financial transactions and cleaning. 4/10hr shifts weekly. Must be available to work on Saturdays. Must be available for closing shifts (7:30 am - 6:30 pm.) Pre-employment background check and drug screening is required for any applicant that is presented with a conditional employment offer.

Staff needs to be up to date on covid vaccines. Masking and symptom checking are required when required based on current local covid levels. Medical grade air purifiers are in use.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Veterinary Reception: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cornerstone Vet Software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Receptionist (other fields): 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English clearly and fluently (Required)
