CERIS is growing and is excited to add a Vice President of Account Management to our executive team. Within this role you will provide exceptional leadership to your team of account managers and customer service representatives, in order to maintain/build strong client relationships and provide top notch service.

In addition, this opportunity will include travel 25-30% and a hybrid work model within the Fort Worth, TX area (relocation assistance is available).


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve on Executive team as a representation of Account Management and Clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present new products and services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth to develop overall company strategy

  • Accounts Receivable - Act as a point of escalation for collections and negotiations
  • Client Stewardship - Support Account Management team in a consultative role identifying trends and providing CERIS solutions to identified challenges
  • Client Retention - Maintain communication with customer(s) to ensure that all SLA and service expectations are met. Communicate and engage Executive leadership team in account status, challenges and goals
  • Surface issues or potential issues to appropriate members of the Executive leadership team proactively to remedy immediate concerns before they become issues.
  • Coordinate and attend customer meetings. Ensure appropriate CERIS participants are engaged
  • Accounts Receivable - Act as a point of escalation for collections and negotiations

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Motivated professional with the ability to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach
  • Dynamic and responsive leader with proven ability to ensure the team is effective at solving challenges and the drive to maintain stability within
  • Knowledge of CERIS' services and completion of all CERIS Product Training Modules
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of account management best practices and tools, including CRM software and sales automation systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team
