Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Vice President (VP) of Clinical to join our team at a leading psychiatric company. The VP of Clinical will be responsible for overseeing the clinical functions of the organization, including the development and implementation of evidence-based treatments and therapies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of mental health treatment, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical functions of the organization, including the development and implementation of evidence-based treatments and therapies
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and execute the company's strategic plans and objectives
• Ensure that clinical services are delivered in a culturally competent, patient-centered, and evidence-based manner
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure that clinical services meet or exceed industry standards and patient expectations
• Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and community organizations
• Participate in the development and management of the company's budget, including forecasting and analysis of financial data
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth within the company

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or Psychiatry, or Master of Psychological Medicine (MPM) with a current and valid license to practice
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles within the mental health field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate clinical staff to achieve organizational goals
• Expertise in evidence-based mental health treatments and therapies, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by patients with mental health conditions
• Ability to work collaboratively with other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans and objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinical operations
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
