Ncyber ("en-cyber") is a data-driven tech company based in Columbia, MD that works closely with customers to deliver a unique array of products. We are a cross-functional team drawing from various backgrounds in the commercial industry, the department of defense and the national security arena. - Focused on providing leadership and vision to the organization, motivating them to strive for excellence, achievement of program and portfolio objectives, and instill a culture of servant leadership
- Spend time engaging with customer contacts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for programs within the portfolio
- Actively engaging in program reviews and maturing processes when needed, Provide technical input on ROMs, proposals, and competitive bids
- Maintain consistent communications with key customers and take an active role in new business development opportunities to include capabilities briefings, on contract growth and expansion opportuniti
- Gain a deep Understanding of our products and capabilities, Participate in customer demos
- Stay current on hardware platforms, software versions, licensing requirements
- Research potential technical and product offerings
- Travel to customer locations (Wash DC Metro area) to support Program Manager or Business Development engagements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 10+ years of prior relevant experience
- Ability to establish/articulate a strategic vision and achieve meaningful change and growth
- Achievement of high levels of customer intimacy and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to build, engage, and empower a leadership team and an established workforce to include talent management and development
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a group of program managers
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to create a culture where employees are motivated to succeed through collaboration, clear and open communication and transparency
- At least ten years’ experience in traditional Program Management
- Demonstrated experience in customer facing roles, drawing out requirements and engaging with the technical staff to develop a solution
- Possess an “entrepreneurial bent” and looks for ways to innovate using customer capability gaps as the starting poin
