Seeking a Senior Videographer for an opportunity in Washington, DC.

Minimum Candidate Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience within the filmography/editing field
• strong knowledge of film production from start to finish
• experience creating, presenting and collaborating with teams on scripts, storyboards and idea presentation
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Security Requirements

• Must be able to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance

Skill Sets Anticipated

• Produce videos highlighting Executive Office for United States Attorney (EOUSA) personnel and culture on internal intranet platforms.

• Works collaboratively with Strategic Communications Graphic Designer in the development of visual products.

• Design storyboards and creates scripts based on meetings with subject matter experts.

• Assist in the video production process, which includes determining lighting, composition, camera angles, camera movements, lens type, lighting, framing, and color.

• High level of familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects in a Windows environment.
• Expands upon software skills and knowledge learned through prior video production experience – to include coordinate scripting, pre-production and post production logistics.

• Ability to manage field audio recordings through lavaliers, boom mics, and field mixers.

• Archive and organize historic SCS video content.

Engages with EOUSA, USAO Senior Staff, and other DOJ personnel in a professional and timely manner

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
