What will you do in your role?

• All New Hire and Promotional training will be housed within the virtual platform
• You will assign tasks and follow up daily with all of the team members in your area
• Collaborate with learning/training teams and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions

Duties

• Conduct webinars
• Follow-up/track Catalyst items
• Reach out to NHs as needed

Monthly:

• Review and enhance NH webinars
• Evaluate modules/checklists

Skills Needed for Position

• Wireless sales experience in a retail environment
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Experience in fast paced learning and development or training focused role where you are tasked with using data to drive decisions to create and deploy learning strategies
• Skill and understanding of curriculum and learning development
• The ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the resources you require to make you more effective in this role
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver new hire training curriculum and other courses
• Web-based and blended learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high level presentation skills
• The love of coaching and teaching others to reach their full potential
• Sense of humor, positive, collaborative, outgoing, and flexible
• Organized, resourceful, creative, focused
• Digital technologies knowledge or willingness to learn
• Previous success in use of blended/virtual and personalized learning to enhance learning (recommended but not required)
• Experience with designing, coordinating, and providing development to others
• Ability to use and develop online resources to support instruction
• Self-starter, strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Be willing, open, and honest at all times
• Coachable, adaptive, and improvisational
