Unity Lab Services provides a single source for integrated lab service, support, and supply management. Our customised service offerings and world-class service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customer’s laboratory's business needs.

A day in the Life:

• Perform Point of use cycle stock count and the investigation of stock discrepancies.
• Perform additional inventory management related functions.
• Receives inbound deliveries daily.
• Investigate and action delivery discrepancies accordingly.
• Facilitate orders for consumable inventory replenishment by entering replenishment orders into the system based on the business requirements.
• Manage inbound deliveries, handling hazardous materials in accordance with health and safety processes, and handling the stock put-away operation.
• Performs all customer site specific tasks as per relevant customer SOW and customer SOP’s.
• Face to face customer interaction daily and assisting in dealing with customer product queries.

Keys to Success:

• Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

• Experience working in a warehouse or inventory role is essential.
• Full driving licence and able to drive a company van.
• Experience with Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to deliver excellent customer service including maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
• Operating skills to use handheld scanners and learn to enter data in various systems are vital.

• Good organization and time management skills.
