The training and recruitment assistant manager will manage and drive the entire recruitment cycle, as well as develop and improve new and existing processes. Your goal will be to hire top talent while retaining the company culture and raising the bar as we expand our team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with team leaders/ line manager to fully understand their needs and identify candidates who will be successful.
- Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process by building strong pipelines through active sourcing through multiple channels, screening CVs, pre-screening interviews, and closing candidates.
- Provide induction and ongoing training.
- Provide initial field sales training
- Represent the company’s vision and values with integrity and professionalism
- Provide recruiting metrics and insights in a timely manner to drive decisions and improve processes.
Key skills and requirements:
- 3 years in Sales Management or Recruitment environment
- Experience within the Field Sales environment (desirable but not essential)
- Being assertive, competent, friendly while achieving goals.
- Strong communication with the ability to build strong and longstanding relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office combined with general proficiency in IT systems
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of an integrated team
