Key Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and expertise with the Cisco Collaboration Suite ( CUCM, CUC, Expressways ).
- Experience supporting Webex, and Cisco Collaboration Endpoints or equivalent.
- In depth knowledge of network operations standard methodologies, QoS, production support, and capacity planning.
- Experience working and communicating with the user community, interpreting issues, understanding requirements, and deploying solutions.
- Nice to have, DevOps experience, Splunk or similar for log analysis.
Description
Be a subject matter expert for collaboration technologies and provides significant contributions to projects involving unified communication and video solutions. Work with numerous Apple teams to ensure service efficiency, integrity, and quality for voice and video services provided to our users. Continually innovates to improve monitoring to maintain quality of service. Participate in the process of capturing, developing, sharing knowledge within the team, and updating knowledge based systems. Trace call issues through Cisco infrastructure and solve issues with call quality, call failure and work issue in real time to mitigation of solution, ultimately ending with RCA of issue.
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
