We are seeking a self-motivated, efficient VP of Implementation to work with our Strategic Partnerships Team and help support our organization. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent time management skills and be well-versed in project implementation in a financial institution and/or fintech environment. As leader of the Implementations Department, you are responsible for quickly and compliantly bringing new Channel Partners, their programs and products, online as well the successful transition of live Channel Partners to the Operations Team.

Some of Your Specific Responsibilities:

• Set team goals and strategic vision for assigned initiatives.
• Assess situations to determine potential obstacles and risks within the team.
• Function as a principal stakeholder in new Channel Partner reviews.
• Provide reports for the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with other teams for transaction processing and troubleshooting during implementation.
• Partner with senior leadership on Term Sheet and Master Service Agreement execution.
• Manage required implementation items and checklist.
• Oversee the review and approval of policies, disclosures and procedures during implementation.
• Oversee Channel Partner product testing and verification.
• Facilitate network/card provider setup and configuration.
• Oversee new customer application and onboarding workflow evaluation and testing.
• Review and/or complete Channel Partner risk assessments.
• Above all else, engage your day-to-day responsibilities with a positive, constructive and collaborative approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
