Keystone Quality Transport is having a Job Fair:

· Hiring Paratransit Drivers

· Wednesday, April 12, 2023

· 8:30 a.m. to Noon

· 1750 N. 49th St. Philadelphia, PA 19131

We will be interviewing Paratransit Drivers. (Candidates not deemed to be qualified as a driver may be considered for Bus Aide positions, if available at time of interview.)

Some Highlights of the position:

1) ALL must attend orientation the first week and in Springfield PA (M-F 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

2) COVID and FLU Vaccinations required

3) Must be available Monday through Friday at base at 7:15 a.m. work to on or about 5 p.m. Due to the schedule of our clients there is no flexibility in the start or end time.

4) Drivers must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card (see requirements: DOT Physicals - Concentra)

5) Drivers must have on the job experience driving a vehicle the size of a Box truck or Larger.

Requirements:

· The Driver positions do NOT require a CDL but do require previous on the job driving experience of a vehicle of a similar size (box truck, minibus.)

· Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.

· This is a customer facing position. Candidates must demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor.

· Punctuality and excellent attendance a MUST.

· Candidates must have ability to prioritize and demonstrate professional and superior communications skills to/from elderly clients, families/caregivers, facility personnel and co-workers.

· This is a TEAM environment! Candidates must be able to work with and interact with various types of personalities in a positive & professional manner at ALL Times.

· Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday (will only be scheduled for 4 of those days), start a 7 a.m. and work until approximately 5 p.m.

Requirements:

· Very public position. Professionalism and Customer Service a MUST!

· Basic computer skills needed.

· COVID Vaccination REQUIRED

· Valid DL

· Previous Paratransit Driving Experience, familiarity with local streets

· DOT physical & Drug Screen

· State Police Background Check in compliance with PA Department of Aging Requirements

· CPR Certification (will provide training)

· Must have excellent Attendance and Punctuality

· High School Diploma/GED

· Be able to lift 125lbs.

These are FULL TIME Monday- Friday (some weekends required) daytime positions.
