YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and Logistics Administrator to join our warehousing team in Dublin and assist with back-office functions and day to day management of customer queries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Logistics Administrator, your key day to day duties will include:

• Ensuring warehouse admin procedures are efficiently coordinated
• Create pre-advices in the WMS for multiple clients
• Create orders for the warehousing team to process
• Assist with any general queries

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are ideally looking for an experienced administrator who is exceptionally strong at communicating and engaging with others, is highly organised and can prioritise their workload according to priorities and volume. You’ll also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. We would ideally like to bring someone into the team who has previously worked in a logistics environment however this isn’t essential.
