Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a role in a Pharmacy warehouse. This is a 3+ month onsite contract role in Troy, MI.

In this role you will be working in a warehouse facility where the individual will be assisting the dispensing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians package customer orders for shipment. You will also assist with stocking supplies and other tasks associated with the department.

Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds and can reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Applicants must also have basic computer knowledge and be able to understand and communicate in English.

This position works with the operations pharmacist, operations supervisor, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment. Responsible for maintaining the stock in the warehouse area in a clean and organized manner.

Retrieve shipping documents and labels from printers and organizing them for picking. Assist in the packing and shipping of medications. Receive non-pharmaceuticals via back dock (loading dock). Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop and walk.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-6:30pm (this is 4-10 hour days)

Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.25 per hour
