Your Role:

As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the current and future success of Mayesh, providing leadership and expertise in daily operations. Warehouse Leads are responsible for understanding and driving initiatives that directly impact branch profit. The Warehouse lead is also responsible for building and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Expectations:

1.) Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (Bill of lading and invoice).

2.) Ability to complete all essential function of Warehouse Associate position.

4.) Coordinates the location where each trailer will be loaded.

8.) Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.

9.) Keeps alert for safety issues and escalates immediately.

10.) Effectively prioritizes tasks based on goals.

11.) Prioritizes resolution of customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

• 3 years warehouse experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication
• Intermediate Knowledge of storage systems
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze information.
• Seeks to develop technical knowledge through learning from other experts.
• Consistently looks for ways to improve growth and development opportunities
