The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional warehouse Helper who will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained. You will assist staff and drive them to maintain a safe and accountable workplace.

Key Tasks

• Maintain an accurate physical inventory.
• Stage materials and equipment in the warehouse.
• Load and unload parts and equipment.
• Receiving, restocking, and counting inventory.
• Ensure warehouse logs are always accurate.
• Organizing and cleaning the warehouse area and trucks.
• Manage tool maintenance.
• Check and verify orders to confirm items, quantity, and condition.
• Deliver materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain and update truck inventory and vehicle maintenance tracking spreadsheets.
• Assist management with truck inventory cycle counting process.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and field supervisors.
• Assist the install manager with the material and equipment staging and material fulfillment for next-day installs.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data; analytical with an aptitude for managing details.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent, professional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver; utilizing judgment in order to plan and accomplish goals.
• IT competent; ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision or in a team atmosphere with the ability to adapt to multiple and varied responsibilities.
• Driver's License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Familiarity with the basic concepts of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing helpful.
