Warehouse Lead

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Operations Manager (WOM) to confirm dates of incoming deliveries of materials/equipment to the warehouse and identify planned warehouse quadrant location for storage.
• Inspect all incoming deliveries & confirm that BOL matches what has been received. o Note any damages to deliveries & advise WOM o As required open crates to confirm individual items noted on BOL have been received.
• Review weekly delivery schedule, locations, and transport companies being used for deliveries to assure that all materials are staged and ready to be loaded.
• Load trucks with inventory as identified on the picklist. Return signed picklist to WOM for filing.
• Take photographs of vehicles during loading process.
• Resolve nightly delivery issues as requested by the project managers.
• Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies to ensure that materials are received and delivered safely and efficiently.
• Directly manage maintenance needs for Capex Vehicle Fleet. Assure all vehicles are in good working order and cleaned.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all Capex power tools & equipment. Assure all tools and equipment in good working order.
• Address building maintenance needs as they arise.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule of 40+ hours/week and/or 9+ hours/day

• Drug-free (testing will be conducted)
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation to and from the warehouse, and show up to work on time
• A positive work experience (employers and references are required and will be called)
• A working cell phone
• Forklift certification.

Job Type: This is a full-time, year-round position. Pay is based upon your experience. We offer work and life balance with great internal growth opportunities.

Salary: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 - Hourly

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift as needed for incoming / outgoing deliveries.
• Overtime
• 20% Night pay differential

Supplemental pay types:

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
