Full-Time Position: Plant Operator (Repackaging and Light Manufacturing) Position

Global Specialty Products USA, Inc., also known as: “GSP-USA” is a family-owned and operated company looking to qualify an entry-level candidate to join the team in a hybrid role. This candidate will be responsible for Light Manufacturing, Repackaging, and fulfilling orders to prepare for shipping.

GSP-USA specializes in manufacturing environmentally safe, ozone friendly, non-hazardous aqueous and solvent-based industrial cleaning products. These products cover a range of cleaners and removers of resins, coatings, ink & adhesive, as well as, isocyanate/urethane foam removers, degreasers, rust inhibitors, etc. Key industries we serve include marine, corrosion tank and pipe, automotive, Aerospace, Roofing, Printing, Injection mold, and many others.

The position is for “GSP-USA” located in Mount Holly, NJ. We are looking for a talented and competitive person.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Chemical processing and manufacturing of products by blending various raw materials in a clean and safe environment. Once the product is manufactured and meets the quality control specifications, it will be packaged into One-gallon Jugs, 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums and stored.
• Repackaging and labeling various finished products into one-gallon, five gallon and quart containers.
• Repackaging of various finished products into GO GREEN WIPES.
• Preparing orders for (UPS or FedEx pickup)
• Preparing LTL orders (55-gallon drums)
• Organize the warehouse, raw materials, finished products, inventory, packaging, etc.
• Operate a Forklift
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock of raw materials, finished products, packaging and warehouse supplies on a routine basis. Work Directly with Plant Manager to insure stocks are replenished when levels are low.
• Learn and follow the internal protocol for manufacturing and safe handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Comply with environmental laws (EPA, DOT and OSHA) and their requirements (this will be explained).

Experience/Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate possesses strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, be organized, clean, able to multi-task, energetic and self motivated, able to work under minimal supervision
• Manufacturing and Warehouse background is a plus
• Strong listening and communication
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing industrial products
• Forklift Operator Certification is required (will help to get certification)

Compensation Package includes Full Salary, Two weeks of vacation per year, One-week paid vacation (after working 6 months) and Seven (7) Paid Holidays (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day), “PTO” Paid Time Off (personal and sick days) 5 days or 40 hours total.

Compensation Package / Benefits:

• Includes Full Salary $40 K plus Commission and / or Bonus package, as well as Healthcare & Medical Insurance (upon one full quarter) of employment.
