ACCELERATING YOUR FUTURE

The Senior Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day logistical operations for the Supply Chain Operations team. This position will analyze logistics options; schedule logistics operations; complete applicable documentation; maintain associated files; monitor and analyze logistics spend; and recommend alternate logistics resources. Additional responsibilities will include cross-functional support to the Warehouse team in the execution of material receiving, LN2 cryo preservation management, inventory control and all related Quality and Compliance initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with approved couriers, forwarders, and brokers.
• Actively partner with the Supply Chain team to plan and schedule required logistical activities.
• Ensure all shipments are executed in compliance with relevant regulations, while coordinating associated scheduling, documentation, and transportation arrangements as applicable.
• Coordinate all required cold chain logistics arrangements for cell therapy related products and sample shipments; domestic or international as applicable.
• Create and maintain effective tracking tools for managing and reporting logistical activities.
• Routinely track and analyze logistics spend.
• Support receipt processing of inbound GMP/Non-GMP material and equipment as necessary.
• Support execution of inventory Cycle Counts in compliance with associated procedures.
• Perform patient material receipt and outgoing shipping as necessary.
• Accurately execute ERP transactions in accordance with prescribed procedures.
• Perform and participate in warehouse activities supporting the overall manufacturing team and peripheral departments as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
• Functional knowledge and awareness of Quality Systems activities such as Deviations, CAPA’s, Change Control and Non-Conforming Materials review and disposition.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar hands-on role managing logistics and scheduling activities. Experience in a CDMO is preferred.
• Prior experience in cell or gene therapy, shipping validation activities, desirable.
• Experienced familiarity with both domestic and international shipping documentation and requirements.
• Experienced and familiar in the use of FedEx and UPS web-based shipping programs for both domestic and international processing requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of transportation requirements for a CDMO.
• Solid understanding of cold chain transportation, inventory control and storage requirements and options.
• Strong background in carrier and freight forwarder fee structures, and inter-relationships between carriers, forwarders, brokers, and associated agencies and functions.
• Strong communications and analytical skills.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
