Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated warehouse manager to join our team in Dublin. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the mix of being enjoyable, yet high-paced and professional work environment.
Primary Objectives
- Overseeing Goods in and out.
- Scheduling daily transport collections and deliveries.
- Leasing with production to ensure that all items are on time.
- Overseeing Transport including couriers and UPS.
- Ensuring all courier collections have a Purchase Order.
- Sending daily UPS & Weekly reports to the Customer Service Team.
- Overseeing Stock Management.
- Purchase Order requisition.
- Daily Communication with UPS & Transend.
- Ensuring standards are maintained for cleanliness and general upkeep of the warehouse.
- Health and Safety in the warehouse and goods in& out
- Working with the Operations Manager on managing facilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Fork Truck counter balance licence
- Reach Fork Truck licence
- Manual handling certification
- Comfortable using Systems
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft suite)
- Multitasking
- Team player
- Deadline Orientated
