Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their expanding team.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the day-to-day warehousing operations and to ensure that customer and warehouse needs are met.

This is a permanent role and salary is circa €50k plus sick pay scheme, life assurance & pension.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

• Leadership, development and motivation of large warehouse team to ensure set targets are met.
• Oversee the recruitment, training and development of the warehouse team.
• Develop & implement new policies & procedures.
• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including general housekeeping, allocation of material, timely receipting of goods and shipping of finished goods.
• Oversee the use of the Inventory Control System in order to maintain full traceability and accountability of the materials, including investigating any variances arising from these.
• Ensure Quality systems are adhered to in compliance with ISO9001:2015 and in compliance with Pharmaceutical Wholesale License (issued by the HPRA).
• Monitor returns process materials, and ensure outbound freight is handled in compliance with company policies.
• Work alongside the Supply Chain Manager and Senior Management team driving initiatives and suggesting improvements to the way the Company operates.

• Manage the cycle count and Full stock count programme.
• Develop, monitor and report on warehouse KPI’s.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory / management role essential.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Qualified Forklift driver and Manual Handling certificate are preferable.
