Main purpose of the Warehouse Operations Manager role:
The Operations Manager will manage the operations, facilities, and people in our 80,000 square foot PA warehouse along with collaborating with offsite operational leaders/facilities to ensure the companies high fulfillment standards.
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee the workforce, including 60-80 hub specialists and three supervisors, with this number expected to grow significantly in the coming months
- Facilitate continued rapid growth by creating and executing strategic plans to accommodate increased unit volume and make optimal use of space available
- Continually improve and build upon existing processes by identifying areas of improvement, designing solutions with measurable impacts in mind, and executing such fixes
- Maintain a safe work environment by actively building and reinforcing safety standards at the site
- Recruit, hire, and train a world-class workforce of specialists and supervisors
- Collaborate with the senior operations team to develop and streamline warehouse procedures. This will require some infrequent travel to California specifically as the facility ramps up.

- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse to meet and exceed target under-the-roof KPI’s
- You will be the face of the site, so prepared to host partners, customers, and vendors as necessary.
- Proven ability to effectively motivate, develop, and manage 60+ employees. Our culture is a critical part of our success, and you need to help drive it.
- Fine-tuned attention to detail – our customer expects us to ship their products to them in perfect condition

- Strong project management and continuous improvement skills

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills to assist in the facility feeling connected to the rest of the buildings and business
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years’ experience managing in a fast-moving warehouse environment- 3+ years’ experience managing supervisory employees
- Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
E-commerce apparel experience- B.S. or B.A. degree
- MYSQL and Tableau experience
