Job description

Flexsource is hiring a Warehouse and Operations Specialist to accept orders into the warehouse, maintain an appropriate level of stock on the shelf, maintain warehouse appearance, process orders, communicate and work efficiently and effectively with customers and team members.

Warehouse and Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Accepting shipments and goods into the warehouse
• Maintaining acceptable levels of stock on the shelf at all times
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Receiving devices and completion of associated documentation
• Picking and checking of customer product order
• Packaging and labeling products
• Packing slip and shipping label creation
• Assembling and checking of product kits for release to the field
• Any other duties as required by management

Warehouse and Operations Specialist Requirements:

• Leaving cert or equivalent qualification
• Manual handling trained
• Advanced Excel skills. Lookup functions, pivot tables, formatting etc
• Ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and an eye for process improvement
• Experience working within a team
• Fluent English both spoken and written

Work Environment

This job is performed in a distribution / warehouse environment and requires working from the office.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position which may require additional hours particularly at the end of the day to ensure orders are shipped.

Monday to Friday:

9am to 6 pm, but flexible start

Additional benefit along with the contract
