Great opportunities in a brand new distribution centre in Cork for Regatta Ireland Great Outdoors. Regatta Ireland is going through exponential growth and it is a fantastic time to join their team. Regatta supplies a range of waterproof jackets, fleeces, walking boots, and camping equipment. The much-loved Irish brand prides itself on being your door to the great outdoors, no matter what the weather.

The Warehouse Operatives will be part of a team fulfilling customer orders, ensuring goods are dispatched efficiently, in full, on time, and are well presented. This will include receipt of goods, stock replenishment, pick, consolidation, pack, dispatch, returns and specific customer requirements (processing).

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to, including hygiene and PPE.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to best practices.
• To be flexible in approach to assist and cover all parts of the warehouse operation.
• Adopt an approach of continuous improvement.
• Offer support and encouragement to management and colleagues.
• Responsible for ensuring team hit relevant KPIs.
