Warehouse Operative

This role will involve supporting the Warehouse Manager with all stock and packaging movements, maintaining and preparing all stock, staff sales and destocking to overseas warehouses. This role will suit someone who has a good understanding of working efficiently with stock systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, Picking and Packing, shipping, Returns and general warehouse duties
• Verification of both quality and quantity of inbound deliveries
• Ensuring Picks accuracy of 100% before departure of the shipments from the warehouse
• Accurate use of Warehouse management systems and ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner
• Perform cycle counting to support 100% stock accuracy
• Highlight all incidents of deviations from the agreed processes
• Fully compliant with security and operational requirements to support “Known Consignor “warehouse operation
• Positive engagement with both Quality and continuous improvement programs and identify opportunities for improvements Education & Experience Requirements
• Experience working with WMS system and RF Technology is essential
• Power Pallet, Forklift and Reach Truck experience and in date licences desirable but not essential.

We are looking for:

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a stockroom/warehouse environment

· Fluent English

· Experience with scanning systems

· Experience in handling goods with care

· Good team player with capacity to work autonomously

· Professional with ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

· Organised, flexible and reliable

· Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Yearly bonus
