We are currently looking for a few good, spirited individuals to join our Champion Brands family as Order Selectors. Your job as a selector will consist of stacking beverage cases on a pallet like a game of reverse Jenga or better described in the warehouse selector world as a game of Tetris. If you seek a profession as an Order Selector, it would be best if you liked the word cardio, short for cardiovascular exercise. Order selecting is no doubt a daily workout, but if you don't feel like you got the extra burn you were looking for, we have a free onsite 24-hour state-of-the-art gym and locker room at your disposal. Champion Brands is a full-time job Monday – Friday, starting each afternoon at 2 pm until our trucks are loaded. At the end of each week, if you put in 5 nights of effort, you will look forward to our best-in-class Performance Pay Program that rewards hard work.

• Shift: Monday through Friday
• Work Hours: 2 pm – Until all the trucks are loaded (OT Eligible)
• Base Pay ($18.00/hr) plus Pay for Performance
• Average Selector is currently making $24.75/hr
• Have the opportunity to make up to $30/hr with our Pay for Performance plan

• 6 months of warehouse experience is helpful
• We will train the suitable candidates
• Pallet jack experience is a plus and the ability to operate assigned equipment in a safe and courteous manner is mandatory
• Willingness to take ownership and care for all assigned equipment supplied by the company.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to repetitively lift and place cases of products that weigh 20 to 45lbs
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Dependable Transportation – UBER/LYFT can be hard to find at the end of your shift
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers
• Must be proficient in the use of electronic communication devices
• Must possess the ability to view prompts on screens and follow the directions for task assignments
