Job Overview: Oversees receiving, product distributions, and warehousing functions for the Enterprise.
Primary Job Duties
- Coordinates and monitors the receiving and distribution of products into and out of the
warehouse to ensure that all requests for products are met on a timely basis. - Selects, trains, develops, schedules, and disciplines team members. Completes performance
appraisals. - Maintains shipping and receiving records. Reviews incoming items against purchase orders,
enters data into system and forwards information to accounts payable software. Resolves
discrepancies with purchasing on missing purchase orders. - Assists with the monthly physical inventory in the storeroom.
- Acts as a material handler as needed.
- Driving is not an essential function and in the event driving is required, team members must adhere to the driving standards determined by the Gaming Enterprise.
- Resolves interdepartmental conflicts.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
- Combination of education and experience to equal four years in warehouse/inventory or related field.
- Basic keyboarding, spreadsheet and word processing skills.
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam.
- Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
- Industrial Truck Driving permit or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment (forklift).
- Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
