Job Overview: Oversees receiving, product distributions, and warehousing functions for the Enterprise.

Primary Job Duties

• Coordinates and monitors the receiving and distribution of products into and out of the
  warehouse to ensure that all requests for products are met on a timely basis.
• Selects, trains, develops, schedules, and disciplines team members. Completes performance
  appraisals.
• Maintains shipping and receiving records. Reviews incoming items against purchase orders,
  enters data into system and forwards information to accounts payable software. Resolves
  discrepancies with purchasing on missing purchase orders.
• Assists with the monthly physical inventory in the storeroom.
• Acts as a material handler as needed.
• Driving is not an essential function and in the event driving is required, team members must adhere to the driving standards determined by the Gaming Enterprise.
• Resolves interdepartmental conflicts.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• Combination of education and experience to equal four years in warehouse/inventory or related field.
• Basic keyboarding, spreadsheet and word processing skills.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam.
• Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
• Industrial Truck Driving permit or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment (forklift).
• Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
