Warehouse Team Leader - 1st shift

Growing operations with a leading manufacturer in Bedford, OH has led to increased hiring for several Warehouse Team Leaders.

Needing 2+ years prior leadership experience within a warehouse/distribution setting preferring within the manufacturing industry.

• Previous experience in working with various material handling equipment such as RF guns.
• Coordinates the functions and working of assigned warehouse staff.
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts and audit of same to verify results.
• Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior. coordination
• Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Continuously monitor the performance of activities of the warehouse with a primary focus on customer service.
• Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers

Shift: 1st shift hours (40 to 45 hours per week)

Starting Rate: $23 to $24 hourly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
