- Maintain continuous focus on Health & Safety, Quality and Housekeeping
- Ensure business requirements are met (Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations)
- Work with Manager on operational issues
- Interfacing with customers on a daily basis
- Team management / direction, coaching, training & development
- Work with Manager on people issues and participate in Performance reviews
- Excellent real time communication with customers, work colleagues and direct team
- Housekeeping to be in order in area at all times (include docks and yard)
- Ensure all work related process and procedures are adhered to
- Monitoring and recording performance parameters
- Produce Reports as required
- Excellent people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and have the ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop staff.
- 2 Years experience in similar role in a relevant industry is desirable
