Tracks legal or business developments for assigned topics and performs simple to moderate analysis, writing, and tagging for assigned content.
What You Will Do:
Position Overview:
The Associate Content Specialist is responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining legal content for the markets served by the business. In this role, you will track legal developments and perform legal analysis, research, and writing across your assigned areas of coverage.
What You Will Do:

Screen cases, legislation, regulations, and other legal developments.

Analyze legal issues to inform content updates and new content creation.

Develop a level of subject matter knowledge of issues in relevant legal fields sufficient to identify developments, prioritize work, and contextualize the development within assigned content.

Draft practical content and analysis, as assigned, that helps legal practitioners to understand new areas and to undertake their work more efficiently.

Engage in thought leadership through interactions with law school, law firm, government, and corporate leaders, as well as participation at industry conferences and events, webinars, and social media.
You Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant coursework and/or experience preferred.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in some combination of legal or business writing.
