About the Role

We are looking for a Web Data Administrator to join our growing Web team who are responsible for running the Smyths Toys website, and work working on our new european sites. This role is located in our Head Office in Galway.

This is a unique and challenging opportunity where the successful candidate will learn and work on a world class eCommerce platform and getting exposure to our end-to-end web business processes. The successful candidate will report to the Web Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Processing and following up on all content required for our website through our Content Management System
• Ensuring content is processed accurately, in a timely manner and complies with Smyths Toys Branding
• Ensuring all content follows SEO best practice
• Providing administrative support to the buying teams
• Liaising with suppliers to gather product details and content, and reviewing this content to be added to our website
• Collaborate internally with our buyers, web team and marketing department to ensure our products are being displayed to a high corporate standard
• Providing internal reporting and carrying out ad hoc projects as requested

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desired but not essential:

• Ability to anticipate and manage obstacles with the capability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred
• Forward thinking, problem solving and engaging in active process improvement
• Understanding of Online Content Management Systems
• Previous SAP experience
