Family owned business servicing South Florida for over 37 years looking for experienced cleaning technician. Position to be filled immediately! * This is a permanent position cleaning half of a building, 5 nights a week. We are also looking for family members who clean together. We are looking to place 2 cleaners at the same property Monday-Friday from 6pm-930pm.

**FULL TIME IS AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE**

• Must speak some English
• Must have prior office cleaning experience.
• Must be able to arm and disarm an office alarm.
• Must have a great attention to detail
• Must be able to travel from office to office on rout.
• Must be able to take provided cleaning equipment to and from job sites.
• Must be legal to work in US.
• Must be a team player but be able to successfully work by yourself.
• Must be able to pass a background check & drug test.
• Must have reliable car & cell phone with data (we use a mobile app for clocking in)
• Must be able to show up to work when scheduled without fail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
