This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work just weekends. Working with this well-established healthcare provider you will be based in their offices in Dundrum, on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8.00am -3.00pm but on call from 7.00am-10.00pm. There is lots of training involved in the role and you will gain a fantastic exposure to this exciting industry.
Some of the duties involved:
- Updating personal information on inhouse CRM system
- Ensuring all information is Up-to-date
- Filling
- Answering queries from clients via phone and email
- Cross checking with care workers on work assignments
This role will ideally suit someone who is looking to have their weekdays free. The core working hours are 8.00am – 3.00pm each of the 4 days with the remainder been on call. Every 8th weekend is off. This is a permanent role. Salary wise €28-32k
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Available to work weekends and be on call until 10.00pm
