Liberty Tire is looking for a Trailer Technician w/ Welding experience to become a part of our team!

About the position:

As a trailer technician, you will specialize in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the components and systems of trailers and trailers in our fleet. You will conduct routine maintenance, brake work, and PM inspections. Other duties involve damage repair and welding for major jobs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance functions and adjustments on trailing equipment in compliance with the manufacturers and company schedules.
• Access any area of the equipment to perform necessary maintenance (including inspecting and performing work in, on or under parts of trailers).
• Repair or rebuild all or part of equipment systems including air brakes.
• Responsible for shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation.
• Efficiently repairs the following components.
• Requires basic electrical knowledge and must be able to fabric/weld

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working on trailers.
• 1 year of welding experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
