O’Donovan Engineering Coachford invite applications from experienced Welder fabricators to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the welding of steel components for our products. Produce parts to a high quality and standard, and in an efficient manner to meet production and shipping demands.

Key Elements of the Role:

• Welding of mild steel parts for use in the agricultural industry
• Reading drawings and fabrication of parts in accordance with standards.
• Use of jigs for the manufacture of some components
• Working in accordance with required tolerances and standards
• Ensure that quality, environmental, and health and safety standards are maintained at all times

· Committed to Quallity

. A recognised Metal Fabricator trade apprenticeship or relevant experience.

· Certified in Abrasive wheels & Manual Handling would be an advantage.

· Experience in the agriculture sector would be an advantage

· Minimum of 2 years experience required

· Excellent communication skills

· Energy, drive, and enthusiasm – to be a proactive member of the team.

· Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

· Good planning and organisational skills.

· Professional and mature attitude to work.
