Lincoln Tech in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking skilled welders to share their trade experience as instructors with the next generation of up-and-coming technicians. Your expertise, along with the training provided by Lincoln Tech, will provide you with the necessary skills to be a successful educator.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
• Provide hands-on Welding training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
• Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
• Support and communicate progress with students
• Prepare students for a successful in-demand career in Welding Technology
