Mukilteo Memory Care provides memory care services. We are currently seeking an experienced Wellness Director (RN or LPN) to become an integral part of our team at our new Senior Living Community in Mukilteo, Washington.

What will I be doing?
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the wellness department. Processing physician orders, scheduling appointments, supervising care staff, assist with staffing and scheduling. Passing medications as needed.

What are the requirements:

• RN or LPN licensed in Washington state
• Must have in-depth knowledge of State and Federal Rules, Regulations, and Standards.
• Must be licensed in good standing by the State Licensing Authority
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new applications: minimum skills include Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
• Must practice and promote community policies and procedures, mission statement and core values
• Must meet all state health requirements and must be able to pass states perspective background clearance
• Must obtain any state required training/certification.
• Must have experience in engaging teams to deliver exceptional care.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
