The Advisor I, Blended Support position interfaces with customers via inbound calls/chats/emails, outbound calls/chats/emails, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This is a hybrid working role - you will be expected to work from our Dublin Santry site 2-3 days per week.
Experience and personal skills required:
- A quiet space in your home where you can work uninterrupted and high speed broadband with the ability to wire into your modem if needed.
- Fluency in English language.
- At least 1 year of prior retail wholesale service experience.
- Experience of using Salesforce would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong typing and PC skills and will be comfortable in navigating multiple systems at the same time.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Available to work Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm (Irish time).
What the role involves:
The Wholesale Customer Support Representative will be responsible for a group of wholesale accounts. You will liaise with your clients around any issues they need support with regarding wholesale orders such as amending an order, changing a delivery date, etc.
You will have a lot of autonomy in this role so will need to be very focused on managing your client relationships and finding solutions their queries. This role will also require you to log detailed and accurate case notes for each of your clients so attention to detail and strong administrative skills are a must.

- Starting salary of €24,000 per annum
