Chick-fil-A Windward Parkway is pursuing leaders who are looking to grow in their capacity for leadership and influence. Our WINDward Leadership Development Program is designed to give you experience in a restaurant environment, leading a team in different capacities and developing your skill set to launch you into your career. During this 24-36 month program you will have the opportunity to participate in and lead a range of different responsibilities including Operations, HR, Talent Development, Finance, Sales and Brand growth and more. During your time here you will be able to utilize the experience of our Operator Colby Cameron, who has developed over 12 CFA Franchisee Operators and Support Staff members, as well as a close proximity to the Chick-fil-A Support Center to network and propel your career forward.

Chick-fil-A Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia, is pursuing high capacity leaders to join our team as we prepare to open our second restaurant in 2022! Our restaurant is a $10 million sales volume unit, our kitchen is food safety elite, and our drive-thru is consistently one of the top performing drive-thrus in Georgia. Our internal leadership development program is a 24-36 month program designed to launch leaders into a career with Chick-fil-A. As part of our development program, leaders will rotate through different departments of our business to provide them exposure to all areas of a Chick-fil-A franchised restaurant. Given our proximity to the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, leaders will be given the platform to refine their restaurant acumen while building a network of Chick-fil-A contacts through our Owner/Operator, Colby Cameron. Over his 11 years as an Operator, Colby has raised up 12 Owner/Operators and Support Staff members.
