Shift Schedule:6pm - 6am flex schedule

Salary: $18 - $21 depending on experience

*Hourly incentive bonus up to an additional $2 per hour paid out monthly*

Responsibilities:

• Raw Material Mixing and Intake Process 100%
• Mix material per specification to ensure production is set up for upcoming days to ensure proper blend and moisture content 40%
• Receiving incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species 20%
• Inspect quality of raw material to standard and notify plant leadership of any defects 10%
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements 10%
• Conduct loader inspections and perform loader maintenance 10%
• Communicate with co-workers regarding the status of workflow 5%
• Other accountabilities as required 5%

Requirements:

• A High School diploma or GED required
• One to two years of loader operation experience in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to climb up and downstairs to get in and out of loader with no fear of confined spaces or heights.
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations, use basic tools, and exhibit mechanical aptitude when conducting loader maintenance.
